From one crew to five service areas
Since 1993, Horizon Lighting has maintained lighting and electrical systems for commercial properties, homeowners associations and retail shopping centers. We're locally owned and operated, with three generations of experience in the trade.
We've grown from a small team of 15 at a single location to more than 175 people serving Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area. What hasn't changed is how we work: keep the customer first, answer the phone at any hour, and do the job right the first time.

Robert Arganda
Operations ManagerA California Certified General Electrician with 20+ years in the trade. Robert oversees every Horizon branch, from safety standards to daily operations.
Mike Ruiz
Director of ConstructionWith 11+ years at Horizon, Mike now directs our construction work, including new home construction partnerships. He's known for building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Devyn Davis
Director of MarketingJoined Horizon in 2015 and now leads marketing, supporting the sales team and growing new business with commercial and HOA properties.

Josh Scibilia
Branch Manager, San DiegoStarted as a service electrician in 2021 and worked his way up to Branch Manager. Josh now leads a team of 18 in San Diego.
Canaan Owens
Director of SalesBrings nearly two decades of management experience. Canaan leads a 14-person sales team across all five service areas, plus sales support and marketing.
